Family rentals only. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are and void and subject to eviction at check in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.
Extra charges- Non-refundable Damage Waiver 55.00 USD plus tax. Personal chefs and child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent.
